To briefly summarize applicable sections, KJAM games has not activated Unity Ads or Analytics on any of our products nor is the product in question, the "But You Seem Fine" application, actively communicating with the web while in use. However the following disclaimer applies to our products:

KJAM games assumes no responsibility for data collected on platforms our products are available on include but not limited to itch.io and the Google Play Store. Our services and products are intended for general audiences and hence we do not knowingly collect any data on children in keeping with the. Unity guidelines.
